Problem
Refrigerator would not cool.
Tools
Screwdriver, multimeter.
Repair & Advice
After removing the rear panels and cleaning dust, I could see the cooling fan was running but the compressor was not. I could hear a clicking noise coming from the upper control board. I'm not a professional, so after troubleshooting the system and researching info on the internet I was able to determine the control board controlled the compressor start. I rolled the dice and ordered the control board. It took about two minutes to replace the control board and it worked. The compressor started and the refrigerator cooled down appropriately.
