Repair & Advice
Unplugged refrigerator, removed back panel, disconnected fan connector, cut a cable tie holding the fan cable, I had to loosen the coils to get access to the fan's cable. I couldn't pull out the fan cable because of the connector so I just cut it.
Removed the screws holding the fan to the bracket and removed old fan (no need to remove bracket) Installed new fan, run the fan cable behind the coils, plug it in, secured it with a cable tie and put back the coils in place. Plug refrigerator in, check that everything worked good, place back panel in place. I had to wait several days for the refrigerator to get right temperatures.
