Scratched ugly cooktop!

Screwdriver.

Very easy fix for a gas range in perfect working order. The cooktop was showing several years of wear and tear and scratches from using the wrong method of cleaning. This solved the problem quickly.

Cooktop was damaged from trying to clean it. The paint was damaged.

Needed a Phillips head screw driver and a putty knife

Very simple repair. remove all the stove grates and burner covers. use the phillips head screw driver to remove all the screws around the burners. use a putty knife to free both clips holding down the over cover. It will just slip right off. Piece of cake to repair/replace.
