Problem
Front right dual burner on Samsung electric range FTQ353IWUX not regulating temperature properly. It would reach maximum temperature regardless of switch setting.
Tools
Phillips screwdriver
Repair & Advice
The front dual burner was not regulating temperature properly. It was an easy repair. Unplug the appliance or turn off the power. Remove the screws on the rear top access plate. Pull the knob to the faulty switch straight off and remove the 2 screws behind it. Remove each wire from the old switch and place it on the new one. Do this one at a time to maintain proper placement. Hold the switch back into place and tighten with the two screws from the front. Push the knob back onto the switch. Replace the rear access panel.
