Washer made extreme banging on high spin

Screw gun w/ phillips tip, 3/8 ratchet, assorted extensions, metric sockets up to 19mm

After noticing that the washer, on the spin cycle, made loud banging, the first thing I did was look for videos. Looked like the shock absorbers were the easiest solution. After changing these which was not difficult, found that this did not solve the problem. After further research, found that the sound cause may be what they call this part the "spider gear". Well, It's not for the faint of heart, but if you are mechanical, you can do it. Pay close attention to what you take apart, as you will end up pretty much taking the washer down to the frame. I found my spider gear was broken in about 4 places. You will absolutely break the 6 bolts holding it in, so order those in addition to this part.

Easy installation after washer is put apart. Takes about 5 hours to complete job but results actually worth it.

The flange shaft assembly (spider assembly) was cracked.

Pliers, rubber mallet, 10mm socket, 13mm socket, 19mm socket, Phillip's screwdriver, and a Kabota tractor to lift the tub to put it back into the machine after replacing the spider.

Watched a YouTube on how to replace the Flange Shaft Assembly. You must disassemble the whole tub section of the washer in order to replace the Flange Shaft Assembly (Spider). Lots of screws so I color-coded each scree so I would know where to replace them back into the correct slot. It took 3 hours to disassemble and 5 hours to reassemble since this was the first time ever attempting such a task but the machine worked great once I got it back together.
