Problem
The flange shaft assembly was broken in three pieces. The washer was shaking like a mad man trying to shake off a dog of it's leg.
Tools
Pliers, mallet, few sockets and ratchet. Oh don't forget the screw drivers and the lube.
Repair & Advice
It's was straight forward like the videos online. When you remove the tub make sure you remove the drain assembly or you'll have trouble removing the tub. Do buy new bolts to fasten the flange shaft (6).

Watch a YouTube video. The entire washer needs disassembled to install this new part. I also sprayed a coat of rustoleum paint on it. Hopefully it will help protect this part
