Replaced all 4 damper rods. Took top lid partially off to access dampers. Each damper installed relatively easy. Used gloves. Grease all over rods. Greased each end before installing.

easy video to show how to replace the damper rods. Hardest part was removing the washer top as my model was a little different than the videos I could find online. Quick fix and great customer service.
