Repair & Advice
Simple job, remove remove hot and cold hoses, screws in cover, screws holding part in and electrical connections. Replace part and then re-attach hoses, electrical connections and replace the cover. Re-attach hot and cold hoses.

Watched several videos on potential issues before taking the back cover off. Identified the issue and ordered the part needed. Watched the video to have a complete understanding of how to change the part. 15 min later it was changed out with no issues.

Repair & Advice
Tried cleaning the existing valve assembly out with compressed air but it didn't solve the problem. There is a YouTube video done by Parts Dr. that shows how to replace this part and it's very well done. It convinced me to buy from this company vs others.
