Problem
Dryer had overheated, blew out heating element and melted wiring harness.
Tools
Screwdriver and pajnter’s tape to tape screws to part being removed. Needle nose can help with tight connectors.
Repair & Advice
Cleaned out exhaust completely, changed fuses, element and wiring harness. All good so far. Different wiring harness harness if you have steam option. Need to make sure it matches. Take lots of video and pictures so you know how to reconnect, especially tight areas like steam valves and motor.
