The clips on the pulsator cap broke off, exposing the hardware underneath. It is located in the bottom center of the washer tub.

No tools needed. The new part simply snapped in. It fit like a glove and could not have been easier.

This was an odd part and difficult to locate. I found it on Parts Dr. website. I ordered it online. It was so easy. A couple of days later it arrived in the mail. The part sits in the center of the wash tub. I walked to the washer, and the part snapped right in in seconds. Easy peasy.

Pulsator cap on our Samsung Washer broke.........oh noooooooooo!

No tools necessary! I was able to snap the new cap right in!

I was able to easily order and replace the pulsator cap in the washer from Parts Dr. As above no tools were needed, and the cap snapped right in!

Tech “fixed” my washer but broke pulsator cap (without telling me) and Samsung wanted to charge me to come back out to fix it

Thank goodness for you guys - the only place I could find the OEM part for my washer. So easy to do - it popped right in place.
