Problem
Water was leaking out of the bottom of the washer.
Tools
Screwdriver, pliers.
Repair & Advice
Our Samsung washer started leaking. It was initially a very slow leak, but got faster to the point where I could actually hear water dripping inside the unit. After taking it apart, it was clear that the leak was somewhere near where the cold water line comes into the washer. Upon closer inspection, the cold water inlet valve was the only part that made sense. I didn't see any cracks on it, but that had to be it. I replaced it, and the washer has been solid since. The repair took me a while because I had to disassemble the whole washer to figure out where the leak was. If I had known this was the bad part from the beginning, it would have been a fairly simple repair.

Repair & Advice
My washer was leaking, I thought it was the filter. I took multiple steps to figure out the issue. i had a friend come and help me diagnose the problem He discovered the problem I ordered the part. Problem
Cold water inlet valve developed a leak
Tools
Screw driver and a pair of plyers
Repair & Advice
Very easy repair. Seen the leak at the top of the inlet valve. Unscrewed the couple of screws that held it in and unclamped three rubber hoses. Pulled up and out to disconnect to other tubes. Installed the new valve in reverse order.
