Repair & Advice
After removing the back access plate remove the two wire harness clips. Next remover the large 13mm bolt that holds the fiels rotor by gently prying it off the center mounting shaft. Then unbolt the 6 10mm bolts that hold the stater on and remover the stater. To install new parts reverse the process.

My machine wobbled, so replaced the from balance ring and this rotor. Both of those parts worked fine, but there is some other part still running and causing the machine to smoke. I gave up and am buying a new one.
