Problem
Washer would not spin and drain properly.
Tools
Screwdriver and pliers for clamps.
Repair & Advice
We had to manually drain machine several times. My husband took it apart and removed pump. He tested the pump to find out the spinning wheel would start and stop. He knew this wasn't the proper way for this to run. He then cut the pump apart and found water inside it. The pump was worn out. This is when we ordered a new pump. It arrived in 2-3 days. Pump is on a washer is working GREAT!

Repair & Advice
Unplug and, unhook water lines, lay washer on its back. there will be water that drains out from washer, so have a towel handy if you are doing it in the house. when washer is on its back the pump will be on the lower left. unhook the 2 drain lines on pump and unplug pump. 2 bolts hold pump bracket on. put new pump on bracket and reinstall.
