Look up model number on refrigerator. Use Google to search internet for correct replacement part. After finding best deal on replacement part at Parts Dr., use credit card to order new part. When new part arrives, open refrigerator doors. Grasp front of damaged drawer and pull, lifting carefully to remove drawer from glides. Once damaged drawer is removed, replace drawer with new drawer from Parts Dr. Don't forget to recycle shipping box.
