Samsung refrigerator door flap would not close properly.

Door flap that came with the fridge had a spring in the bottom hinge which would keep the flap open when the door was opened. That broke once. Replaced it and it worked fine for a few months but then the housing for the spring broke and the flap would not operate properly. So I ordered this product and did not see the spring and was concerned but decided to try it anyway. I guess they improved the hinges because it fit perfectly and it operates perfectly. Installation was ridiculously easy! I could not believe how easy it was. And this saved me from having to buy another $1000+ fridge!

The French door center seal piece kept coming off the pins that held it (it was cracked).

Screwdriver

Removed the old one and replaced it in no time at all.

Internal spring broke.

Screwdriver.

Just unscrewed the old assembly (two Philips head screws), take out the old assembly, put in the new one. Literally two minutes.
