In order to change the right-side pantry drawer rail (a pretty straight forward project) I did find that to remove the self above the pantry on the Samsung model RF28HFEDTSR you need to disassemble the water filter by removing two screws on the right side of the filter housing, one in the center and one towards the rear of the housing. Spread the water filter housing and gently lift the self about a half inch and pull it towards you. Once the self is out, remove the three screws in the slide rail and gently pull the rail away from the wall of the refrigerator and slide forward two inches. Be careful as there is a wire harness inside the rail that controls the temperature that needs to be disconnected. To install the new rail just work the process from last to first! Just a note: The part number indicated that the part may not fit the model I indicated, but it does fit perfectly!
