Water was leaking from the WaterFilter Case.
Tools
2 small Adjustable Wrenches, Phillips Screwdriver, Flat Blade Screwdriver
Repair & Advice
First, unplug the refrigerator or associated electric breaker.
Next, remove the crisper drawers from the shelf by pulling straight out. Next, remove the shelf itself by pushing in the tabs connecting the bottom of the shelf to the top front of the WaterCase and lifting the shelf up and out.
Pull out the refrigerator to gain access to the back. Turn off the water valve going to the refrigerator. Take note of the water tubes coming from the back. There will be 4 lines, 1 white inlet and 3 outlet. Disconnect the inlet line using 2 small adjustable wrenches and drain any water into a bucket. Next, using the flat surface of the blade screwdriver, push on the grey ring of the coupler of the other short white tube (far side going to cover lid access) while pulling out the tube from the coupler. Un-screw the two tube brackets using Phillips screwdriver. Locate the top plastic cover at the top of the front left door. Un-screw the screws using the Phillips screwdriver. Now flip this cover up. Locating the blue tube, remove the cap and tube using the same method as the coupler. Now go to the back of the refrigerator paying special attention to markings on the gray and blue tubes. When re-assembly, these tubes with markings should be in the same position. While pulling on the grey tube, use the same method as the coupler, pulling the grey tube completely out. Next pull the blue tube completely out. Return to front of the refrigerator and pull up on the Water case and move it to the right exposing the 2 electrical plugs. Disconnect these by pushing on the tabs and pulling on the plugs not the wires. Now pull out the Water Case assembly until the tubes are completely out. If you need to take off the threaded copper tube end on the inlet, twist the end back and forth while pulling on the tube. Re-assembly is the same in reverse.
