Knife (the one in silverware set) and philip screw driver.
Repair & Advice
Take the screw on the bottom of the LCD panel first then slide the knife (at least 2 knives) between the LCD panel and the fridge (about 1 inch from the top and 1 inch from the bottom on the side on the panel. Take it slowly. Do the same on other side.

As the instructions associated with removing the dispenser assembly indicate; remove the single screw from the lower part of the dispenser, brace yourself up against the freezer door, place hands under the opening for the ice/water dispenser, pull as hard as you can to remove the assembly (you will move the refrigerator if you are pulling hard enough) it will come out. Disconnect electronic connections and water/ice paddles, install replacement part and re-assemble. Don't forget the little screw.

Called Samsung customer service they advised me that the cost would be 388.95 to extend the warranty and that part is covered under warranty. I bought the part and did not see a YouTube video but was able to remove the unit and replace it.
