Condenser fan blade was hitting side of fan frame when it shut down after the condenser cooled off.

Trouble light, flashlight, screwdriver.

From the sound I was hearing, it was obvious that a fan blade was hitting something. The condenser had been replaced about 4 years ago by a appliance repair service. The fan started making some ticking noises but generally I could quiet it down by tightening, shimming etc, but finally the noise was consistent to the point that I needed to replace it before and I would have lost all my food in the refrigerator. A YouTube video showed how to replace it. While it appeared difficult to remove the old fan due to the condenser fr-eon lines I still decided to tackle it. I found your website which asked for the model #. I sent it but it was not enough information to identify the exact part number. I contacted you on your chat link and got a response immediately. You attached a video link showing me where to obtain this number off the refrigerator. I sent you a message on chat with some additional information and immediately got a response asking for the REV #. There was no REV# on the label. After a short exchange I sent a picture of the label without the Rev#. I immediately got back a picture of the label with model numbers and a link to order the part. This whole scenario only took about 5 minutes. My only issue was that it took about 10 days to get it from FedEx but once again, your website provided me the tracking number and a link to to the FedEx site. I finally received the part and installed it in about 20 minutes. I saved substantially by not having to call a repair service and have already recommended your company with it's user friendly website, fair pricing and amazing chat service to my friends. Keep up the good work.

Compressor fan not working.

Had an error message on the fridge and upon research compressor fan not working. I ordered the fan and came in as expected. They have a video on how to change it and followed the video. Now my fridge is working perfectly.
