Shattered when I was washing it (after contractors unplugged the fridge and it filled with mold).

No tools needed, popped right in.
Repair & Advice
My tip? Tell contractors not to unplug your fridge and leave the doors closed. :) And definitely don't wash it with hot water as it will shatter into a million little pieces that you will spend the rest of your life searching for. Other than that, it seems harder to get out than it is and there are a ton of videos out there to guide you thru if needed.
Also, will definitely use Parts Dr again if needed, they were great. My part arrived quickly and was packaged very well!

Shattered glass on bottom shelf.
Tools
None needed.
Repair & Advice
Be very careful cleaning the glass shelf above the vegetable drawers. Maybe pull out the shelf and let the glass get to room temperature before attempting to clean. We were pretty gentle with it and it shattered from minor pressure.
