Door “flipper” broke on French door refrigerator.
Tools
Screwdriver and needle nose pliars.
Repair & Advice
I’m not especially handy but I had no problems replacing this part. Basically just remove the screws, disconnect the wire (Easy, just a plastic plug in), slide the flipper assembly up and it’s off. Do the steps in reverse and the new one was on.

French door mullion had gone bad

Small Flat screw driver (remove screw caps) Phillips screw driver for repair
Repair & Advice
Took about 5 minutes. Tip. Before screw caps are reinstalled. Close doors to verify fit (bottom of mullion can rub on bottom of fridge).

GE part number no longer available. This Samsung part was identical and did fit the GE Appliance.
