Problem
Water cooling tank in refrigerator froze and broke during storage in garage. Samsung uses a dual tank system in the fridge compartment to pre cool water for ice and water dispenser in door.
Tools
Phillips screwdriver and small flat narrow screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
Forgot to drain the water system in our Samsung French door. The cooling tank is inside the fridge section unknown to me at the time. Once water started pouring onto the floor I found what and where the tank was. Finding the correct term for it was a chore but once I found the item number from Samsung it was easy to find a replacement. PartsDr had a decent price and was shipped fairly fast and product looks to be OEM. Turn water off. The bottles will not be pressurized if they are broken but if you bump the water fill lever you will get water in fridge. Two screw's on the front, one on the back, unplug a small electrical plug, TAKE A PICTURE OF HOW THE BOTTLES LAY IN THE HOLDER, slip off two blue C-clips on water lines, push down on outer water line grip, pull out water line gently, line up new bottles, reverse install now.

Problem
The small tubing connecting the 2 tanks cracked and was leaking
Tools
screwdriver to access the area
Repair & Advice
I did not replace the tubing that was feed through the fridge. I removed the colored tabs so that i could remove the tubing from the new tanks and replace just the tanks together. There is a video online on how to use the "fasterners" these tanks use to hold the tubing in without leaks. It's a push and pull method. I'll hang onto the tubing and the old tanks, in case anything should happen later.
