They kit was very easy to install but did need to watch video closely to make sure it was done correctly.

Screwdriver, steamer, pliers.
Repair & Advice
Definitely watch the installation video and be prepared to find a significant amount of unmelted ice in the back of the unit as ice does form around the auger unit. Over all the install was easy but make sure you do your best to defrost the entire unit as possible to save yourself some time and struggle.
