I received the new door panel within just a few days of ordering, however, upon receiving it I noticed that the shipping box was damaged, and before I opened it the delivery people drove off. Naturally, after opening the box the stainless steel refrigerator freezer door panel was dented. Rats! So, I called Parts Dr and they were great! They offered to refund my purchase or replace the part. I opted for a replacement part. Then the next day I was informed that the part was out of stock and that it could take 3 weeks to get. Again they offered to refund my purchase, but I again opted to wait for the part. Within 10 days I had the replacement part, in perfect condition, and the whole time I was kept informed by Parts Dr about the shipping time and details. I am a happy camper. Parts Dr came through with excellent communication, expertise, and superb customer service!
