Defrost drain frozen, water in ref bottom.
Tools
Philips and flat screwdriver, LARGE channel lock pliers.
Repair & Advice
Directions (not included) did not explain bent tabs holding back plate. Needed channel locks to span assembly to bend tabs back.

Problem
Water at bottom of refrigerator due to common problem of ice blockage in drain tube. Kit provided all of the necessary items to correct the problem.

Phillips head screwdriver, pliers
Repair & Advice
This change took less than 30 minutes and can be completed by an average person with decent mechanical skills. Kit highly recommended to avoid a high charge resulting from a service call
