Repair & Advice
I had a repair man come in and tell me that the issue was with the Water Filter Case. Apparently this is a known issue with Samsung refrigerators. Once I knew what part needed to be replaced, I looked online an found that Parts Dr had the best price. When I purchased the product it was $120.
I first watched a video that was at the bottom of the product page. Here is the link for the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUblOnomHHY
This video help give me a much better understanding of what needed to be done to replace the Water Filter Case. Once I watched the video I was ready to begin.
Everything from the video was straight forward, except for one thing. The different Samsung models have the water Inlet Valve in different places. My was located in the bottom right when looking at the back of the refrigerator. Was very easy to get to and is only held in by two cables and a philips head screw. This is good to know because there are two lines that you need to remove and reattach to the Inlet Valve.
The video also is great in locating the hidden water line at the top of the refrigerator located under the plastic housing. What the video doesn't tell you is that you will need to replace the Tube Fitting as the new water lines are a different size in diameter but don't worry, it comes with the Water Filter Case. The video also explains it properly on how to remove the water line from the Tube Fitting.
Make sure when you are about to remove ANY of the water lines from either the house main or from the Inlet Valve, you have a bowl or bucket to catch the water. As air is introduced in to the system, it will allow the water move more freely and more than likely on to your floor if you don't catch it.
Once you have completed replacing the Water Filter Case and you go to plugin your refrigerator, ALLOW 5 MINUTES for the system to start working again! Sorry for the CAPS but this freaked me out a little when I was done. Everything was completed and still no water!! But that is normal as the system need to pressurize and get the air out of the lines and then will start flowing again. My system took about 5 minutes before water was coming out.
If you just take your time and use common sense, you easily be able to complete this job and save money in the process. I saved $120 doing it myself. Repairman was $40, part was $120 and the repairman wanted a total of $280 to replace the part. So for me, well worth saving the $120.

Problem
Old filter housing leaked when filter wasn't installed and water didn't work when new filter installed.
Tools
1/2" wrench, #2 phillips, and flat head screwdrivers.
Repair & Advice
Very simple process. Took longer to find the youtube video showing the process. You don't have to remove the inside wall cover that covers the fridge cooling coils. You do have to remove the hinge cap on top of the fridge though in order to reach the line for the ice maker where the line enters a filter (new filter also included with my purchase).
