Problem
Samsung Fridge fan motor quit working. Inside the fridge behind the back panel, ice kept forming, not defrosting properly and I guess it got to be too much and the fan was either bumping the ice making a horrible noise or the ice caused it to stop working. Replaced this 6 months ago so we really need to find out the real problem, maybe defroster part is what is not working correctly. We received the motor very quick.

Problem
Ice build up around the evaporation fan for 3nd time on a 5 year old Samsung refrigerator. The ice build up fried the motor.

After spending $300 for a tecnition to replace the fan motor the first time, I watched him and ordered the motor from Parts Dr. It took more time to melt the block of ice from the fan that it took to replace the fan motor. GREAT service and fast delivery of the motor. Pretty easy repair. Parts Dr gets an A+++. Samsung gets an F---. I'll never buy a Samsung appliance again.
