We were repeatedly getting a IE code on our washer due to low cold water flow. The washer would time out because of slow filling. I replaced the valve body and the washer has worked great ever since.

Water was leaking into the tub even when washer was off

Repair & Advice
Determined immediately that water valve was the culprit. Part is really easy to get to; just remove 5 screws from the top rear of the control panel, undo 5 electrical connectors and 2 hoses fastened with hose clamps, and 3 screws holding the valve it. Reverse the procedure to install. Part fixed the issue!

After we figured out the code that it wasn’t getting water we started looking for the problem. Everything was good going to the washer so I got online and began to look. Most places said faulty water valve so I ordered one from parts dr and installed it. Problem solved
