Washer squeaking during wash cycle, agitator not turning.

Screwdriver, socket set.
Repair & Advice
Pop off the cap on the pulsator, lifting carefully at 3 points. Loosen bolt using 10mm socket until pulsation can be lifted out. Install new pulsator and tighten bolt. Push the cap back on so that it snaps down.
