Guide roller assembly, left side of Vegetable drawer broke off. Roller assembly was part of a larger panel assembly.

Based on my description & photos, Rep from your competitor said I needed a certain part # at a cost of $85. That part was a 'new vegetable drawer'. I don't need a drawer; the drawer was fine. That was a WRONG diagnosis. PARTSDR said I needed a new sidewall assembly which has integrated veg drawer guide roller at a cost of $30. That is CORRECT. Correct diagnosis for part # resulted in sale. It came fast. Installed in under 5mins. Works great.

The guide rail got warped.

Only had to remove two philips head screws.

While defrosting the frig, I over heated the guide rail and warped it. Made the drawer difficult to slide in and out. All I had to do to replace it was remove the drawer, take out two screws, hold up the glass cover for the drawer. Then pull the old rail loose and remove. Slide the new rail in and make sure the tab on the end goes in the slot and install the two screws, done. Set glass cover back down and put the drawer back in. Works smooth!
