Two broken shelf bins on my fridge needed replacing. I ordered them and when they arrived, one was cracked. After contacting your customer service department and submitting a few photos of the damage and the shipping container (also damaged) a replacement was sent free of charge the next day!! Thank you so much for your great customer service!! I will definitely return to your site if I need anything else!
