Poor fitting generic replacement knobs for Whirlpool gas range

I had been putting up with poor fitting, wobbling, discolored heat warped generic replacement knobs, on my Whirlpool gas range for 3 years, which made starting and adjusting burners frustrating. These were bought at local hardware store. I had looked online at several sites at the and couldn't find OEM knobs. But that all changed when I found "Parts Dr." website. They actually have the OEM parts to my Whirpool range and their website was easy to look up parts. I did have a "live chat" with customer support to verify that the oven and burner knobs were different and because I believe the diagram only indicated arrows to the 4 burner knobs. The customer support person looked it up and with in a minute told me they were different and gave me the part number. I order the 4 burner knobs and the oven knob. They arrived in about a week. I am so happy and please with how well they work and my my range looks new again. Thank you so much "Parts Dr."! This was such an easy parts ordering experience.
