Repair & Advice
Make sure you know where the wires connect for the thermistor before doing this. I connected them back incorrectly and ended up blowing the thermal fuse from a temperature overrun. But actually removing and replacing requires removing the back panel and then two 1/4" nut screws on the heating element itself. If you're familiar with the machine, this will take under 30 mins, but the first time around it may take a little longer.

It was very easy, Just unplugged the dryer, pulled it away from the wall, and removed the back panel. That exposed the heating element and removed the 3 screws and replaced it.
