Dryer quite drying shortly after putting a new heating element in.

Basic tools and volt meter.
Repair & Advice
After using The dryer for less than a week after installing the heating element. The the high temperature limit/feasible switch went out. Check the thermostat and found it was very dirty. Cleaned it and install a new high temperature limit switch and everything worked fine.
