Problem
After filling washer would not operate
Tools
Putty knife, nut driver, small standard screwdriver
Repair & Advice
Used the putty knife to release the controls panel. Raised the controls panel to access the lid switch. Used the small screwdriver to release the locking tab on the plug to the switch. Used the nut driver to unscrew the ground wire. Removed the old switch, inserted the new switch, (lifting the lid as needed to remove the old switch and install the new one). Screwed in the ground wire, plugged the switch in. Tested the unit to make sure it is working properly and then closed the controls panel.
PartsDr had the part I needed at a fair price, fast flat rate shipping. Would definitely do business with again.
