Problem
Missing or damaged rubber feet
Tools
Flathead screwdriver to twist/remove broken feet
Repair & Advice
We used these to replace the missing/broken feet on a KitchenAid KGCS166GSS2 that we inherited when buying our current home. After much searching, trying to find the correct one. These are in fact the OEM part and fit perfectly. I'm not entirely convinced the heat resistant silicone is needed, but I placed a dab on each one using Rutland 500°RTV High Heat Silicone.
If you are replacing feet that are broken off into the holes, my suggestion is two sets of flatheads; one roughly the size of the hole and one much smaller. Use the larger to twist the rubber foot in-place to break the seal of the silicone (twist it in a circle a few times), and then use the smaller one to pry the foot out. Once the biggest piece comes out, the rest should fall out with a tap.

Problem
I have an older model Kitchen Aid stove top, the grates rubber feet were lost when we bought the house. The top is scratched some.
Tools
None. Simply push rubber foot into hole on grate feet.
Repair & Advice
I replaced the the stovetop rubber feet on the three grates. They are priceless. They prevent scratching the stop top finish and almost balances out the grates a little better than without the rubber feet. I pull with fingers the one original rubber foot, and replaced all with the new parts. So glad I was able to find them. The store recommends glue/adhesive. I did not buy it. I just inserted and they seem to fit fine for now. Been two weeks of use so far. I don't move the grates at all other than to clean (once a week.)
