Repair & Advice
I had put a load in my dryer and when I closed the door a piece of metal fell to the floor and the dryer wouldn't start. I called a repair service but when the snarky girl at the other end (laughing and talking in background but also talking to me at the same time) asked me for the make and model, I thought if I'm going to find that I might as well google it and see if I can find why my dryer isn't working. Found a great YouTube video showing an older guy fixing his dryer with just a screwdriver and a piece of flat metal to lift the lid. I figured if he could do it so could I (an older woman). Found your website for parts; put in my make and model and voila found the part. Paid for next day delivery and even though you guys predicted 2-3 days cuz of the holidays, I received the part the next day and fixed my dryer! One of my most proudest moments! And I saved money and hassle of calling a repairman : )

Repair & Advice
Problem was suggested by various repair site indicated that the our problem should be one of three things wrong.
1. Power Push Button switch
2. Door Switch Actuator
3. Main Control Board
I have tried replacing the item 1 and 2 and problem did not go away. My last choice to change the Main Control board, after replacing the control board problem was resolved.
