Refrigerator did not get cold the compressor was not coming on

Screwdriver and socket wrench and voltage regulator

Went to YouTube put in my refrigerator name and part number they showed me how to take it apart and put it back together

My Frigidaire refrigerator 21 month old was making an intermittent humming noise for feu seconds then stop for 20, 30 seconds then the noise and so on like (on the old fridge the relay was bad on the compressor) after 3 , 4 times then the compressor starts, else the fridge is running all-time the air from the condenser fan is cold it should be warm but the temperatures inside the fridge is okay . Now I am thing there is a leek and is low an gas and the fridge running all time the compressor gat hot and stop, but the inverter trying to starts and is the noise I am hearing when the compressor cool down then start. But no lock after replaced the inverter the problem was the same and I need to call some to diagnostic. I am not sure if the inverter is returnable.

The new refrigerators are to complicated to diagnostic do to have a main board to collect all the information from the sensors then the software analyze the information and send signals to start stop the components. They are not like the old refrigerator with the defrost timer relay and overload ( clikson switch) when the compressor runs the condenser and evaporator fans where running, on the new one should be same but I was enable to fin it out do to there is no to much information to share.
