Problem
Compressor would not shut off when power button on the panel was turned off

Unplug that Air Conditioner. Remove the 4 screws that attach the plastic filter cover and remove the entire plastic piece from the machine. Disconnect the connectors to the the control panel board. Remove the screws that attached the silver box containing the main control board at the top of the machine. Disconnect the connectors the the box. Remove the screws from the box and remove the lid. Take a picture of the control board and all the connections to all the wires. Remove the wires from the control board. Some were on were snug and pulled the connectors off the existing board. Remove the screws that attached the control board to the case. Install the new board and attach it to the base plate in the control box. Hook all the wires up according to your previous picture. Note that some wires are the same color so make sure you take several detailed pictures. Screw the cover back onto the control box. Screw the control box into the unit. Hook up the last few wires coming out of the control box to the unit. Reinstall the plastic cover over the entire unit. Plug in the unit and test. It may take a minute for the compressor to kick in once the power is turned on.

Problem
Air conditioner PC board failed. Compressor would always run. Never shutting off even when I’m off position. No air would come out though.

Phillips Head screw driver.
Repair & Advice
Very self explanatory. Power off. Unplug. Remove front bezel. Remove metal circuit box. Take off wires from pc board. Replace pc board and plug wires back in.
Advice.: take a picture of how wires are connected so you know where to put them back on correctly.
