Problem
Oven burner would not ignite.
Tools
Wire cutters, screw driver, wire strippers.
Repair & Advice
Oven would not ignite so I went online to investigate what the problem may be. Found out that a faulty or dirty igniter was the most probable cause. I took the bottom drawer out to expose the igniter and see if it glowed at all or even attempted to light when after turning the oven on. It did not appear to work at all. So I ordered a new unit from Parts Dr. It arrived very quickly. I had it installed in a matter of minutes. Basically I cut the wires off with a pair of cutters and removed the mounting bracket for the old igniter. Mounted new igniter, stripped wires back a bit and wire nutted to the existing wires using the supplied ceramic wire nut connectors. It fired right up.
Works great!

Repair & Advice
This was a simple repair. Lower ignitor was glowing but weak. Replace it by removing 2 small screws holding the bracket in place. Cut wires. Reinstall and attach wires with included ceramic wire nuts.
