Gloves, putty knife, screwdriver, Rustoleum enamel appliance touch up paint.
Repair & Advice
Good videos online, make sure to use a modified silicone-like Silglyde on the support rod contact points, not plain silicone grease.

Problem
Have a Kenmore Elite topload washer. Constant uE code sometimes UE code every load.
Tools
Small prybar and flathead screwdriver just to open lid.
Repair & Advice
No tools needed to replace. Just push down on tub at each of 4 corners to remove and then install each unit one at a time.
