Repair & Advice
This repair was not difficult. Taking the front panel, door, and bulkhead off is fairly easy - just a few screws and connectors. That's as far as you need to go if you're just replacing the front rollers. I replaced all four so the drum had to come out, which is just releasing the belt and lifting out the drum. Replacing the rear rollers takes a little finesse to get a wrench on the nuts you can't see but it's not that bad. Replacing the front rollers involves removing the front duct which is a PERFECT opportunity to clean all the years of lint trapped in places you may have never seen before, including the fan blades. I didn't rush through the process and the end result was a dryer that spins and sounds like new. Parts Dr. really blew me away because I received the rollers the day after I ordered them (!), partly because they shipped from the state I live in. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely order parts from Parts Dr. again.
