Problem
Microwave door switch malfunctioned.

Mini screwdriver, phillips screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver, needle-nose pliers
Repair & Advice
Repair to replace microwave door switch: (1) unplug microwave, (2) remove screws to take off microwave shell., (3) unplug electrical sockets from defective switch, (4) carefully pop-out the defective switch from the plastic tabs, (5) re-insert new switch, (6) re-install electrical plugs, (7) re-install metal shell. Note: defective switch was identified by darkened plug that shorted out. If unsure which switch is defective, replace all three switches. Take pictures or meticulously mark connections so as to replace switches as original. New switches have three prongs although only two are used. Again, replace in kind.
