Out of balance washer.
Tools
Large flat blade screwdriver and a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
Washer would spin out of balance regardless of how little was in there. EVERY FREAKING TIME! The suspension rods are the answer. Have someone help you do this to make it easy. All you need is a large flat blade screwdriver as a pry tool. Very easy replacement.
