The control knob on my Speed Queen washer was obviously not working and I could feel stripped gears inside timer when attempting to operate. I was in a hurry and originally ordered the wrong version of this timer. Always visually inspect and compare new part with old one before installation (and compare with photos on website before ordeting). I returned part (in original packaging/not installed) and received a prompt refund within 3 days of shipping part back. Ordered and received right part and washer now works fine. Good quality OE parts and fast shipping. This part was hard to find elsewhere or unavailable. This will be my go-to place for future appliance parts. Good people to deal with.
