Problem
No Flame
Tools
5/16 socket wrench.......5/16 ratchet wrench
Repair & Advice
With no flame, kinda figured it was "igniter" problem, though I did try to "jump around" fuses and limits with alligator clip wire.
Not much room to access the 5/16 bolt to loosen the igniter, so I found the 5/16 ratchet wrench to be key....think it cost me $ 3 or $4.....might be able to use end wrench.....but ratchet was easier due to confined space.
5/16 socket was used to loosen a couple of bolts holding the lower "door" on the front of the dryer so I could access "burner unit". With that door off, I could observe that there was NO FLAME when I started the dryer.......dryer would start, drum would rotate, but flame would not start.
Even including delivery, Parts Dr. was less than half the price one would pay at Appliance Parts Store or a major chain store that prides itself on selling a lot of washers and dryers.

From what my husband said, it was a fairly simple part to replace. I was very pleased with how fast we received the part and that our dryer was up and running again so quickly.
