Problem
Washer Noisy When Operated
Tools
Nut drivers, adjustable pliers.
Repair & Advice
I disconnected the power cord from the outlet. Shut off the hot & cold water to the washer. Tilted the washer to access and remove the drive belt. Opened the rear cover to expose the pump. Removed the clamps on the two hoses. Carefully removed the hoses catching and absorbing the water inside the hoses. Removed the three nuts holding the pump to the base of the washer. Removed the old pump. Installed the new pump in place securing it with the three nuts. Replaced the two hoses and hose clamps. Put the cover back on the back of the washer. Put the drive belt back on the pulleys under the washer. Lowered the washer. Turned the water back on and reconnected the electrical plug. Ran washer, noise and problem gone. Old pump had worn bearings which caused the loud noise.

Repair & Advice
disconnected the drive belt, took off access panel, put a container under the washer to catch water that remained in the hoses and drain pump. removed the 3 self taping bolts, removed the old pump, bolted in the new pump, reattached the hosed and drive belt. The difficulty was moving the washer to an open area to complete the work
