Problem
Washer would not drain, gave a "nd" error code.
Tools
Screwdriver and wrench or 1/4" drive socket set.
Repair & Advice
Used a wet/dry shop vacuum to clean out as much of the drain water as possible. Removed the back cover, disconnected the hoses and removed the pump. Transferred the old pump base to the new pump and reinstalled the pump. New pump along with new Main Control panel returned washer to service.

Problem
Washing machine would not drain.
Tools
Screwdrivers, socket set
Repair & Advice
The pump was fairly simple to replace. The hardest part was moving the machine (it's heavy) to access the back and be able to reach the pump at the bottom. We did have to replace the hose clamp afterwards. The original clamp did not fit tightly enough and leaked.
