Auto-dry would hang and not finish the cycle. I removed the back and replaced the thermostat along with the timer. Works just fine now.

Problem
Overheating
Tools
nut driver, screwdriver, crimper
Repair & Advice
Could not determine if original was cycling, so I replaced both the cycling and high-limit thermostats. Works fine, no more overheating. I had also replaced the timer but believe this was not the defective part. User needs to be diligent cleaning the filter. Did notice that the connector to the cycling thermostat was burned and loose, thus I needed to replace the crimped connector. Would be good to know that there was no particular orientation for remounting.
