Problem
Agitator base spline was worn out.
Tools
Socket wrench and pliers were all that was needed to change out part.
Repair & Advice
I had to remove the top cap to the agitator then remove the inner cap that covers the agitator dogs and main bolt while using a 10mm socket with a 10inch extinction while holding the washer drum with one hand to keep the drum from turning while unbolting the agitator once the bolt is removed just pull up agitator inspect the dogs and other parts while the agitator is out and replace any if needed reassembled place agitator base and upper unit back into main shaft spline bolt unit back in place put the inner cap back and top cap on the job is done.
